I don't think I have mentioned just how much I love my morning walks.  A mere 45 minutes, yet so incredibly powerful: tramping through the solitude of native bush; breathing in the lush forest air; with rough ground under my feet; absorbing the sights and sounds of nature; my body, mind and soul are nourished and rejuvenated.

As my body journeys along the tracks, my mind drifts into another realm and my soul is carried to a safe place where I can process thoughts and feelings as they come to me.

This is my haven.
