Today I am grateful for...

...early morning card games with Miss Just Turned Fourteen.  I couldn't spend the evening with her, so we made the most of our morning together.

I am also grateful shoe porn to brighten my day...

Aren't these so pretty...

Simply gorgeous in orange...

I am grateful for restaurants that pander to me requests... all traces of dairy removed from my dessert...

I am also grateful for delicious cocktails...

I am grateful for beach side car parks...

...and super high tides...

I am also grateful for forgotten umbrellas...

Today was a bitter-sweet day.

High and lows.

Smiles and tears.

Companionship and loneliness.

Whether together or apart, we will always be closely connected.

I love you to the moon and back.
